This article is going to show cool tips and tricks that will not only surprise you but also make having an iPhone even more fun and easy to use. Crazy I know, right?

  1.  Tip for charging phone much quicker

2.  Tip for playing music whilst sleeping

Cheeky tip number two. Do you love falling asleep to music but you don’t want the music on your phone playing all night? Don’t worry we at Repairly have a cheeky tip just for you. The first thing you do is go onto the clock app on your phone. You then set a countdown timer and then you can choose to stop playing as the option from when the timer ends menu to turn off your tunes after the allowed amount of time has passed.

3. Tip for never missing notifications again

Another tip we have for you is to do with notifications. Don’t you just hate missing notifications? Whether it’s from important work emails to messages from the love of your life, we have a tip that will help solve that problem. I bet you didn’t know you can get your iPhone LED lights to flash whenever a notification comes in ? It’s another way to alert you to new notifications. You go into settings, then choose general, then accessibility and then you toggle LED flash for alerts to the ‘on’ position.

4. Tip for saving batttery

This tip is for you guys who know it’s going to be a long day and you’re going to be using your iPhone. You might not be near a charger to charge your iPhone yet you still want to save your battery so what do you do? You put your iPhone onto low power mode.

What’s low power mode you ask? Low power mode reduces battery consumption by turning off a variety of iPhone features. So, for example Siri gets turned off, the background app refresh gets turned off and mail fetches less frequently. Also, the screen will go dark after a shorter period of inactivity from the iPhone user. You’ll waste less battery and stay in the game longer!

5. Tip for using panorama mode

You’re out and you want to take some photos of your surroundings. Panorama mode allows you to change the direction of your panorama photographs in the camera app. You do this by tapping the arrow that appears in the middle of the screen in the panorama mode.

6. Tips for taking great selfies

Now this tip is for the selfie taking fanatics (aka literally every single millennial) you’ve been taking selfies. What if I told you that you can improve the quality of your selfies? I bet your eyes just lit up at the thought of such a thing. Well it’s true we at Repairly can help you with that too.

Most people know that you can use your iPhone camera by pressing one of the volume buttons, the up or down button it doesn’t really matter which button. This usually produces less camera shake.

Now there’s another better but less known option and that is to use the volume button on an attached pair of headphones. This will reduce camera shake even more than using the volume button and it will also mean that your selfies will look more natural because they can be further away. No matter the pose you are doing and you can take a photo hands free.

7. Tip for working out equations

Need to work out a quick sum or equation but you don’t want to do the working out? Well that’s ok because you can use Siri to do your math for you! All you need to do is go and open Siri and tell Siri your equation. Also remember if that the numbers are complex you should make sure you say it at a clear and slower pace so that Siri understands it all. This tip means you will never have to work out anything by yourself ever again! (we joke)

8. Tip for turning keyboard intro trackpad

On the messages app, you can swipe from right to left see the timestamps of each individual message sent. Usually you can see what date and what time the first message was sent but to see individual message after that, you’re going to have to have a look at the timestamps by swiping. This tip helps because it allows you to know the time of when the last message was received.

This tip is for the iPhone users who are running IOS9 or above. Sorry to you guys who still have older models. You press and hold two fingers on your keyboard to turn it into a makeshift trackpad.

10. Tip for turning off wifi

Wi-Fi not working where you are or it’s running very slowly? Siri allows you to turn off the Wi-Fi with just your voice. All you need to do is just open the app of your choice and say, “turn off wifi.
